Workshop Terms and Conditions

The facial oil workshop is not suitable for the following:

• Anyone under the age of 18. 
• Anyone pregnant.
• Anyone with skin conditions resulting in broken and/or highly sensitive skin.

Bookings & Payments

Workshop bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.

Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cooling-Off Period & Cancellation Policy

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund provided the workshop date is more than 14 days away.

Cancellations within 14 Days of the Workshop

If the workshop is due to take place within 14 days of your booking, or you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, no refund will be issued.

You may transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying Dalia Botanique in writing.

Event Cancellation by Dalia Botanique

In the unlikely event a workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled by Dalia Botanique (e.g., illness, venue issues), you will be offered:

A full refund.

We are not liable for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

Participant Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that participation in the workshop involves using raw ingredients, tools, and equipment.

You attend and participate entirely at your own risk.

Dalia Botanique and Dalia Hawley accept no liability for:

• • Allergic reactions.

  • Injury or discomfort.

  • Damage to personal property.

  • Any loss arising from participation.

Medical Conditions & Allergies

It is your responsibility to:

Notify the tutor before attending of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, or relevant health considerations.

Follow all hygiene and safety instructions during the session.

Failure to disclose information is at your own risk.

Use of Photographs & Video

Images, videos, and content may be captured during the workshop.

By attending, you grant Dalia Botanique permission to use these for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, you must notify the tutor before the session begins.

 Intellectual Property & Product Ownership

The facial oil created in this workshop has been cosmetically safety assessed in the name of Dalia Hawley.

The formulation, recipe, method, and branding remain the intellectual property of Dalia Hawley / Dalia Botanique.

You may create this oil for personal use only.

You must not:

• • Resell the product

  • Share or publish the recipe.

  • Produce, distribute, or sell products based on this formulation.

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the formula.

Commercial use or duplication of the formulation is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law:

Dalia Botanique and Dalia Hawley are not liable for personal injury, allergic reaction, loss of income, or indirect damages.

Privacy & Data Protection

3rd party Shopify app is used for bookings. Please see their privacy policy.

Our confidentiality and data handling follow UK GDPR requirements.

 Changes to Ter

Dalia Botanique reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your booking is the one published at the time of purchase.
