" I never really took much notice of skincare products as I’m a simple soap and water type of girl!
I spend most of my spare time triathlon training; swimming in unthinkable chemicals in the pool and potentially worse things in lakes and the sea; and cycling and running in all conditions.

Last year, Dalia and I thought it would be a great idea to cycle a lap of the roads around the bottom of Snowdon on the hottest day of the year, and then run up and down it!
