Apply a few drops to an oil burner or diffuser, underneath your pillow, in the shower or add a few drops to a carrier oil to make a massage blend. Do not apply neat to the skin, avoid contact with eyes, keep out of reach of children, check with a medical professional first if pregnant.

I add a few drops to my bath along with some bath salts for a relaxing soak before floating off to sleep. Bliss!
Absolutely wonderful to drift off to. You only need one or two drops near your pillow, the scent is very rich and relaxing. Love it!
